Taking advantage of the privileged vantage point offered by the collection and the documentary legacy of Casa Masó, the exhibition delves into the history of the women who lived here. The exhibition discovers the small world of the daughters, sisters, mothers and wives of the Masó family and, in retrospect, that of the Girona and Catalan women of the 19th and 20th centuries. The exhibition is accompanied by activities that aim to broaden the vision we have of the recent history of women in the city. Personal objects of the protagonists and documents from their public and private activities, from the collection of the Rafael Masó Foundation and private collections, are on display.
