To commemorate the tenth anniversary of the opening of Casa Masó, this spring and summer the temporary exhibition of Casa Masó offers a tour of the stained glass windows designed by Masó throughout his career as an architect. The exhibition presents the architect's original stained glass windows, from some of his houses, as well as his original drawings and projects, in addition to a wide range of old and current photographs of the stained glass windows that can be admired in his buildings , some of which can be seen here for the first time.

The exhibition allows you to see how Masó, with the collaboration of the Rigalt & Granell stained glass workshop, became the greatest exponent of the stained glass of the noucentist aesthetic, while also showing influences from the stained glass windows of the Viennese Secession, of the Arts & Crafts and Art Deco. There are stained glass windows for domestic interiors, for industrial buildings and also for religious buildings, and in each case you can see how Masó considered leaded glass as an essential element of modern architecture.

Exhibition curated by Dr. Núria Gil Farré, produced by the Rafael Masó Foundation.
